Esteem public school was established on 24th March , 2012 and started as Co-Educational English medium school which located in Chaliyama district of Saraikella-kharsawan ( Around 35 km from Jamshedpur ) with its location being outside the main city, a peaceful atmosphere is maintained and allows the students to have education as their focal point without distraction. The school was founded by Our Honourable “ Founder Dr. Manoj Kumar Jha “ who is a Socialist, a Visionary, An educationist and he took the privilege to lay the foundation stone of the school. The school has an aesthetically laid out campus with imposing building supporting a hi-tech infrastructure on a spacious more than 2- acres campus and it’s amid lush green lawns and fragrant flora. We are committed in providing an environment where “every student can learn and achieve success” so, we believe in value based education with new innovations and ideas so that our students grow into aesthetically rich, intellectually aware and integrated young people. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi. There are several frameworks that can be referred to derive a meaningful working framework for assessing all round development of the child including Scholastic and Co-Scholastic domains. We opted for a student-centered system with ample opportunities for project work and discovery learning, guided by a well- qualified trained teaching faculty because we focus on overall personality development of the students by introducing various literary, creative and co-curricular activities along with games and sports. The new academic session is going to start soon and I welcome all the new students, who secure admission to this institution. “A child is like a bud and needs to be nurtured carefully so, that a child’s life should be shaped by experienced or trained hands with love and care. Thus, every child under our care can rise and strive for better tomorrow’s where every student can learn and achieve success into aesthetically rich, intellectually aware and integrated young people.” Esteem Public School offer an educational experience which will facilitate a child to play a leading role in tomorrow's society. We provide a learning environment that inspires and motivates children, and encourages them to explore limitless possibilities in their quest for knowledge. Thus, our program allows every child to be known as an individual, and to be encouraged and challenged accordingly. With the school at the threshold of a new academic session, I welcome all the coming newly admitted students to the esteem family. “A child’s mind is like a blank paper and whatever we show, speak, demonstrate that will build them for the future. Hence utmost care is required in nurturing these beautiful gifts of god. Here, we make difference in your child’s life by providing them homely care and the education which will build them into a human being which you want him / her to be.” Empowered with a strong sense of wellbeing, we are confident that our students will emerge as responsible global leaders and citizens with strong moral, ethical and social values. It is hoped that all this will equip the learners to meet the challenges of life with confidence and success. Our aims at the holistic development of children which can improve student's performance tremendously, while boosting their self-esteem and paving way to success.
